Ventia are currently seeking a Communications and Engagement Advisor responsible for supporting and developing communication collateral for AGFMA's internal and external communication channels, ensuring that material is targeted to the appropriate channel and audience to drive maximum engagement. This position will see you based in Adelaide CBD office in a permanent fulltime position.
The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Contribute to the development and execution of communications strategies and plans that increase understanding and inspire action by our stakeholders.Develop communications products like intranet content, internal messaging, PowerPoint presentations and content for infographics and promotional material.Take a lead role in managing AGFMA's digital channels and developing communication collateral including website/microsites content, social media, intranet and Yammer.Monitor and report on marketing and digital performance via regular analytics and reporting via Power BI dashboard and other digital tools.Development of specialist content and core suite of AGFMA specific materials e.g., presentations, brochures, videos, podcasts, good news stories.Support scheduling and publishing of content.Support enterprise events (internal & external), and effective utilisation of company memberships and associations.Develop and adopt established processes, brand standards and design language across templates, documents and presentations.Skills and experience: Demonstrated capability in evidence-based improvement.Strong understanding of brand and marketing value creation and trends.Demonstrated experience in use of design tools.About Ventia:
