Leading a dynamic communication program, you'll cater to current students' informational needs across multiple channels. Leveraging your expert knowledge of communication best practices to produce high-quality content, you'll plan and implement strategic, data-driven and timely communication campaigns designed to improve student success, strengthen first year experiences, promote access, equity and diversity, and enable support for learning. For more information, please visit us online Student Services You will oversee the development and maintenance of effective, relevant and up-to-date content across channels to support student conversion, transition, retention and success; lead the planning and delivery of key projects and innovations within the student communications space; provide advice and support to clients at all levels to develop, implement and review communication campaigns; and identify opportunities to continuously improve and streamline processes. About you You possess excellent digital literacy and a deep understanding of web accessibility. Your experience includes proficiency in CRM, email marketing, CMS systems, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and various social media platforms. Your adept time and workload management skills will be evident in your ability to prioritise effectively, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently. Furthermore, your strong relationship management and customer service skills will enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders, fostering mutually beneficial relationships. You will possess: completion of a relevant degree in communications, marketing, projects and event administration with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; professionalstrategic communicationsexperience, including stakeholder liaison, communications plan development and implementation, audience identification and management, and reporting; strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and feedback with the ability to use initiative to develop effective solutions with the customer experience front of mind; excellent digital literacy and understanding of web accessibility, including experience using CRM, email marketing and CMS systems, Microsoft Office 365 suite and social media platforms; and previous experience in/understanding of the higher education sector will be highly regarded.
