Job Description
The Communications and Content Advisor will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager and Strategic Communications Manager in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies. The role will support driving awareness, engagement, and supporting fundraising strategies to achieve the organisation's mission. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who can contribute to the identification and prioritisation of key target audiences, develop effective messaging and content, as well as implement and analyse campaigns across a variety of communications channels.
This role will work closely with other departments across the organisation, as well as external vendors and partners, to ensure alignment with organisational goals and consistency in brand positioning and messaging.
Desired Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Support the Marketing Manager in the development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company values, strategic direction, mission and vision.
Track, analyse and prepare regular reports on marketing metrics to continually improve marketing efforts and drive results.
Support the Marketing Manager to identify and prioritise key target audiences, develop effective messaging and content, and implement and analyse campaigns across a variety of communications channels.
Work across departments within the organisation, as well as with external vendors and partners, to produce marketing and social media content.
Support the Strategic Communications Manager by developing and executing communication materials in support of the strategic communications plan including regular newsletter and bulletin content and social media posts.
Support the development and execution of new communications initiatives.
Maintain website and digital channels.
Produce content for and make regular updates to the companies external and internal facing websites to support the marketing and communications strategies.
Support the Marketing Manager by assisting in the selection, design and administration of corporate and member merchandising materials.
Maintain and update the online merchandise shop.
Assist in the management and administration of marketing events, working with both internal and external stakeholders, and supporting both the Marketing and the Stakeholder and Partner Relations teams.
