We embrace individuals with diverse skills, experience, and backgrounds recognizing the unique value they bring to CFA.About the RoleThe Communications and Change Specialist (CCS) is tasked with crafting, executing, and overseeing comprehensive plans and strategies aimed at fostering understanding, approval, and integration of the innovative operational methodologies facilitated by the SAP S/4HANA platform.Reporting to the Head of SAP S4 HANA Program, the CCS plays a pivotal role in guiding the leadership and strategic direction of the assigned program, leveraging extensive expertise in program and project management to realize the anticipated outcomes and advantages outlined in the business case.Central to the role is the development and execution of effective change management and communication frameworks tailored to the unique complexities of our organisation.
