Come take a closer look, and you'll realise that being a part of our team is about more than just a job - together, we'll go further and make a difference.Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications and Change Partner to help us bring to life the exciting experience of working at the NRMA.Working with the newly formed Internal Communications and People Experience team you will have the opportunity to partner with the business to execute on the Communications Strategies at Group level and for the Brand/s you support. Your role will be critical in shaping and delivering engaging content that informs, inspires and aligns employees with the NRMA objectives, vision, culture and values.Working together with this talented team your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Developing creative strategies, campaigns and tactics to increase employee awareness, participation, and engagement.Producing communications materials to promote change that are tailored to different audiences and adapted for internal and external communication channels.Creating engaging written and visual content including news stories and business updates across our internal and external channels.Contributing to editorial planning bringing to life the stories that strengthen the brand/s across the NRMA.Developing communication plans / strategies that promote frontline engagementCollaborating on key projects and change initiatives across the business by bringing people on the journey.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or related field.Experience as a communications expert / business partner, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and providing strategic guidance and advice on how to craft and deliver messages that inform, engage, and inspire our people especially on the frontline.Exceptional writing capability with the ability to tailor messaging and capture the attention of different audience types.Ability to plan and execute communication campaigns to promote key messages, events, or initiatives, ensuring the right message is on the right channel at the right time.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Previous experience with communicating to large frontline teams preferred.Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling.Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, such as content management systems, social media management tools, and analytics software.Familiarity with trends, external brand representation and content creation on LinkedIn and other external media.Demonstrated planning and organisation skills with the capability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and with senior leadership.You will be curious and always looking at ways to improve and enable better ways of working and collaboration.We offer hybrid work arrangement working 2-3 days in the office, with offices based in Sydney Olympic Park and on occasion Sydney CBD or any of our other site locations as required.What's in it for you?At the NRMA we aren't just about discounts (although you do get these).
