Communications and Change Officer /Sr Analyst - OCM
As a Communication and Change Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving and implementing organizational change across projects.

You'll support the communications and the people-side of change, ensuring smooth transitions, user adoption, and proficiency with new processes and technologies.
You will collaborate closely with organizational change managers, project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to facilitate change initiatives, mitigate resistance, and maximize a project's success.

Our Communication and Change Officer role is equivalent to a Senior OCM Analyst level within Unisys global structure and this is an execution role, taking directions and instructions from the OCM Lead (OCM Sr.
Manager or OCM Manager as assigned) within a project.

You will work closely with the OCM lead to create project appropriate communication plans, help conduct communication assessments, change impact assessments, facilitate workshops and create articulate communications for every phase of the project.

You will contribute to the creation of a suite of communication artefacts, including templates, branding and messaging guides and education materials.

You will enjoy working with a range of people within an organization and project, including technical teams and clients.

The Sr. Analyst - OCM supports change management activities for Unisys OCM active projects.
He/she makes a significant contribution in the fulfillment of communication and project performance supporting requirements associated with OCM strategic initiatives
You'll be eager to learn and enjoy being involved in a variety of projects, often all at the same time!

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Should already have Baseline clearance or NV1 clearance.

Must be an Australian Citizen, and be based in Canberra.

Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or business.

A minimum 2 years of marketing, communications, or training or transition experience.

Solid knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
Additional design software would be a bonus.

Strong writing skills, including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages.

Ability to work independently, in a team and within remote global teams, think creatively, manage own time, and take the initiative to help drive projects.

Nice to Have : Experience with technology implementations or project management – you do not need to have a technical background – but an interest in the power of technology in business would be helpful.

Other Information:
Expected Commencement Date for Role: As soon as applicant is available to join.
Ideally preferred is in October 2024.

Role - Full time permanent.

Location: Canberra ACT, hybrid working conditions.

Security Clearance: Active Baseline or NV1 clearance.
