Ahpra is a national organisation, with offices in each state and territory. We work in partnership with 15 National Boards to implement the national regulatory scheme for health practitioners. The purpose of health practitioner regulation is to protect the public by ensuring that only health practitioners who have the skills, qualifications and knowledge to provide safe care are registered.Ahpra is seeking an experienced communications advisor with expertise in business and digital transformation communications.This role will support Ahpra's Transformation Program. The Program will deliver new ways of working and a new technology platform to:make it easier for people to do their workmake it easier for people to work and interact with uscapture the data we need to improve our regulatory and business intelligence, and research capabilities, and'future proof' Ahpra with new systems and tools.The role will sit in a high-performing Communication and Media team with a supportive culture. Your primary client will be the Transformation Program.We are looking for someone who can confidently build relationships in a large, complex organisation, and who is a self-starter and an excellent communicator, able to translate complex information into plain English.
