Right now, we're seeking two Communications Advisors who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role In this position, you will develop and implement effective internal communication strategies and create engaging content that resonates with employees and aligns with the organisation's objectives and values. You will also play a crucial role in providing communication support across key change and transformation initiatives.
About the team These communications roles are part of the Corporate Internal Communications team within the broader Community Division. You will join a friendly, highly motivated team with a diverse skill set dedicated to engaging, educating, and influencing our employees.
What we're looking for Extensive experience in a communications position. Demonstrated ability to understand communications needs and provide solutions for all levels of an organisation. Ability to develop communication plans and clear and compelling content for a range of communication channels. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in a concise, accurate and user-friendly manner to a non-technical audience. Experience working with key internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to design, develop and produce digital and physical communication products. Familiarity with communication tools and platforms such as intranets, email marketing software and basic design software. Experience in planning and delivering events. Experience managing end-to-end communication projects and/or working within a broader cross-functional project team. Demonstrated ability to understand both large and small scale change and transformation projects and manage communications to support successful delivery of the change. Agile and adaptable team player Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive professional working relationships across the organisation at all levels and with external providers.
