As the Communications & Administration Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and voice of DNTL Code, upholding our commitment to patient-centered care.

You will:
Own Your Domain: With confidence and accountability, you will manage and oversee all front office operations, setting the standard for excellence.
Embody Proactivity: From reception duties to optimizing our dental and dermal appointment books, you will ensure efficient clinic flow by anticipating needs and ensuring every item on the list is checked off with care and attention.
Deliver Exceptional Patient Experiences: Create a welcoming and informative environment for patients, engaging with them in person, by phone, and via email to reflect DNTL Code's values of gratitude and confidence.
Ensure Task Completion: Every task, from scheduling to patient communications, is yours to follow through with a mindset of reliability and innovation, taking satisfaction in knowing everything is done and done well.
Mentor Junior Team Members: As the clinic grows, you'll embody DNTL Code's values by training new team members, fostering a culture of support and professional growth.
Communicate Effectively: You will be the communication hub of DNTL Code, ensuring everyone who needs to know, knows.
You will ensure patient journeys are seamless from beginning to end by maintaining effective communication with the team, specialists, and patients.
Use Initiative: Implement improvements, leveling up processes and adding any small touches to make a patient's day.

Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects DNTL Code's core values.
Efficient Scheduling: Maintain and optimize patient appointment books with foresight, maximizing productivity and patient satisfaction.
Ordering and Stock Management: Maintain front of house retail and stock levels, ensuring to follow correct ordering processes every time.
Accountability: Own every element of front office administration, from managing communication channels to coordinating bookings, with confidence and gratitude.
Leadership Potential: For those who take initiative, consistently check off every task, and embody our values, there is potential to grow into future leadership positions within the team.
Training and Mentorship: Mentor junior team members as they join, setting an example of proactive, accountable performance and fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Annual Remuneration Package of $67,101 - $78,118 consisting of:
