As part of our HR Change Management team, you will have the opportunity to drive impactful change, ensuring that our employees are empowered to succeed through clear communication and effective training.What You'll Do:Lead Communication Efforts - Collaborate with the HR Change Manager to develop and execute targeted communication plans for the HRIS implementation and broader HR transformation initiatives.Design Engaging Materials - Create clear and engaging emails, newsletters, presentations, and intranet content to keep stakeholders informed and aligned across all levels.Deliver Training - Assist in designing and delivering user-friendly training programs, workshops, and webinars to ensure seamless system adoption, including the development of tutorials and guides.Monitor Success - Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communication and training efforts, ensuring employees are engaged and well-equipped.Stakeholder Engagement - Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.Support Change - Assist in post-implementation reviews to continuously improve communication and training strategies based on user feedback and lessons learned.What You'll Bring:Proven experience in communication strategy or training facilitation, with the ability to create engaging materials for diverse audiences.
