What You'll Do:
Lead Communication Efforts: Collaborate with the HR Change Manager to develop and execute targeted communication plans for the HRIS implementation and broader HR transformation initiatives.
Design Engaging Materials: Create clear and engaging emails, newsletters, presentations, and intranet content to keep stakeholders informed and aligned across all levels.
Deliver Training: Assist in designing and delivering user-friendly training programs, workshops, and webinars to ensure seamless system adoption, including the development of tutorials and guides.
Monitor Success: Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communication and training efforts, ensuring employees are engaged and well-equipped.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Support Change: Assist in post-implementation reviews to continuously improve communication and training strategies based on user feedback and lessons learned.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in communication strategy or training facilitation, with the ability to create engaging materials for diverse audiences. Familiarity with change management principles is a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts and deliver them in a way that resonates with employees across various levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, coordinating large-scale training efforts with precision and efficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication platforms (e.g., intranet, email tools), as well as experience in delivering online training sessions and webinars.
