About Procorp Engineering: Procorp Engineering is a rapidly expanding telecommunications company dedicated to delivering high-quality turnkey mobile solutions for Australia's leading communications providers.Our commitment to excellence and innovation has positioned us as a trusted partner in the industry.Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Communication Technician with a strong background in the wireless industry to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and integration of wireless equipment, along with various other technical tasks, ensuring our clients' needs are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and integrate Ericsson, Nokia, and Motorola wireless equipment according to customer requirements.Install and commission Microwave Technologies (Ceragon, NEC, Ericsson, and Nokia).Install and commission DC Rectifiers (Eaton, Eltek, and Huawei), Batteries, DC Power Distribution, and Alarm Wiring.Perform troubleshooting and rectification of issues.Conduct Feeder Sweep, PIM, RTWP, and DTF tests.Study and interpret technical drawings, providing necessary design advice to customers.Complete all necessary documentation.Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) standards.Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures, completing appropriate documentation.Take responsibility for tools, plant, and test equipment.Install Antennas, RRU, MHA, feeders, and hybrid components.Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the wireless industry, with strong expertise in RF, PIM testing, Sweep testing, and Fibre Splicing.Preferred experience with Microwave technologies.Proficiency in reading and interpreting designs and drawings.Strong background in Quality and OH&S standards.Positive mindset and strong teamwork spirit, with flexibility to support other team members.Willingness to work outside usual business hours, including weekends and nights, to meet client expectations.Proactive approach, continually seeking innovative methods to complete installation works.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication skills.Willingness and ability to work away from home as required.Capability to work from an Elevated Work Platform (EWP).Ability to read and follow Standards, Guidelines, and Methods of Procedures (MOP).Ability to work at heights Required Qualifications: NSW Construction Card (White Card) RF/EME Awareness (RadHaz) Valid Driver's Licence (able to drive manual vehicles and tow trailers) First Aid Certification with CPR Tower Rescue Certification Inductions for Telstra, Optus, TPG, and NBN Work At Heights (WAH) Certification Telecommunications Engineering background Application Process: Interested candidates who meet the above qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply.Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.Procorp Engineering is an equal opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
