You'll be part of the Secure Money Movement Crew within the Digital domain, under Customer Engagement and Digital.
See yourself in our team We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Experience Designer to join our Experience Design Chapter for the CommBank Digital Payment Experiences. In this role, you will design for the CommBank app experience used by millions of Australians daily. You will lead the discovery initiatives to shape the future of Payments and support the delivery work planned for FY24-25 and beyond.
In any given week you will Lead discovery initiatives, aligning customer needs to business outcomes. Collaborate with business, product owners, engineers, researchers, and UI designers to translate customer insights into innovative yet deliverable solutions. Establish documentation and governance processes to maintain asset integrity in collaboration with stakeholders. Advocate for human-centered design processes and promote best research practices across the organisation. Communicate design decisions with stakeholders effectively and succinctly. Be a team player, collaborating with the UX and UI team working in Secure Money Movement. Deliver in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a pragmatic approach while adhering to design and accessibility standards. Support strategy and future vision concepts. Mentor designers to foster a positive culture of creativity and continuous learning. We are interested to hear from people who have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful, complex projects. Strategic thinker who uses analytics to inform design decisions and identify broader opportunities. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, we are using Figma. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for creating exceptional digital experiences that delight users. Growth-minded and eager to innovate in digital banking design. Please include a portfolio demonstrating UX process, low and high-fidelity design skills, outcomes delivered with your application.
