See yourself in our team As a Senior Data Scientist in the Data Science and Responsible AI practice, you will play a key role in developing & executing Responsible AI initiatives and strategies to uplift the capability of the chapter.
You will be the driving force that will drive outcomes and manage a diverse group of stakeholders to embed the knowledge required to deliver on our business and customer outcomes.

We are seeking people who are: Passionate about building and validating market leading responsible AI capabilities, practises and models (model monitoring platforms) Excited about tackling new challenging business problems in data science by using AI responsibly. Adept with using a combination of commercial and technical data science models to find unique solutions that add strategic value to the business. Collaborative in nature to work alongside risk, product and technical/systems teams, curious in solving data problems and courageous in positively influencing stakeholders. Able to think creatively and critically and solve problems, using tools and techniques. Tech skills: We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know all of them.
Strong experience of setting up model monitoring and building model monitoring platforms is highly desirable. Experience in developing and/or monitoring statistical models using Python, SQL, R. Exposure to Gen AI and completing model validations is desirable. Demonstrated experience in building capability to support and meet the standards of responsible AI models. Experience building and/or testing Generative AI solutions is desirable.
