You'll be responsible for a client base spanning across diversified Agribusiness specialisations, providing full Banking solutions for customers across the Sydney Basin. Ideally, you will have a proven track record in business development, including acquisition of new to bank customers, and a well-established network of referral sources.
We work flexibly to balance the needs of the client, team, and home-life. This team works between the office, client sites, and remotely.
More specifically, you will Work closely with agribusiness clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities for growth. Prepare and manage end-to-end new business transactions and develop strong relationships with internal teams to work effectively and collaboratively. Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities. We're interested in hearing from people who Pride themselves in building client relationships through excellent service and driving new business. Are highly skilled in leading deal execution including origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions.
