Reporting to the Coordinator, Project and Committees, you'll provide vital support to the Project and Committees Team, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with university standards.Your role will involve managing committee processes with precision, from preparing agendas and minutes to tracking actions and maintaining accurate records. You'll also support executive staff by drafting reports and submissions while overseeing essential administrative tasks such as updating portals, maintaining databases, and ensuring policies are followed.
