The role of Committee Administration Co-ordinator is critical in the operational output of this highly-regarded membership-based organisation.
Supporting a variety of professional committees, the role works closely with the Deputy CEO to ensure a high level of secretariat support is available to all committees.
Responsibilities: Management of email enquiriesManagement of committee dedicated websitesRecording meeting minutes and action itemsTracking outcomes of action items and ensuring resolution, including distribution of tasks to business areasAd hoc duties as requiredThe work itself will be very interesting if you are someone with a passion for governance, the legal sector, legislative reform, or general policy development.
Working as part of a small team, you have a collaborative and supportive nature and will happily step up and fill in where required to help out your workmates.
You are a true multi-tasker and are super organised, able to create the systems and processes that will make tracking action items easy and effective.
Personally, you love learning and understand the importance of putting in hard work to earn your achievements.
To you, office gossip is a strict no-no and you happily support the organisational goals of collaboration and inclusion by bringing any concerns or questions to your management team first.
