The Role
Pacific Energy is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced Commissioning Advisor to oversee and participate in the commissioning activities of new power stations, power station upgrades, and systems within the company.

This role requires a technical understanding of power generation, good project management skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
The Commissioning Advisor will be based in Perth and will travel to site to oversee commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide the scheduling team with key inputs into commissioning schedules and review as required.
Preparation of commissioning support documentation, including ITPs, ITRs, checklists, and certificates.
Ensure all associated test documentation is completed and all prerequisites for commissioning have been met.
Collaborate with all key stakeholders to ensure project-related issues are captured and addressed.
Undertake construction verification inspections to ensure consistent and quality standards.
Draft and collate project commissioning reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the commissioning phase, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Interface with third parties and OEMs on test and commissioning related items.
Preparation and submission of Electrical Notices.
About You:
The role requires someone with a current A grade WA Electrical Workers licence who has solid experience in commissioning within the power generation industry.
This coupled with your strong interpersonal skills and experience in the organisational and management of employees will make you succeed in this role.
