We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as commission-based Event Sales Contractors.

Responsibilities : Identify and secure event sales opportunities in the hospitality and events sectors (e.g., corporate events, private functions, weddings).
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, venues, and partners.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring seamless event planning handovers to our operations team.
Regularly report on sales targets and pipeline progress.
Requirements : Proven Sales Experience : Ideally in hospitality, events, or a related field.
Strong network and the ability to hit the ground running.
Entrepreneurial Mindset : As an independent contractor, you'll be running your own business within our business.
You must be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
Flexibility : Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
You must have a drive for success and the discipline to manage your time independently.
What You'll Need : An ABN (Australian Business Number) – to invoice us for your commission.
Access to your own tools, such as phone, laptop, and a big personality.
Relevant business insurance (we can advise on this).
