The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen Japanese cuisine experience advantageous Ability to effectively follow instructions and absorb new information Good communication Ability to build and maintain effective relationships Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items Foundation knife skills and understanding of basic cookery terms and techniques Calm and composed demeanour Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience About Yakimono:A creative tribute to the corruptible side of Japanese cuisine, Yakimono is an exuberant inner-urban Japanese eating house in the heart of the CBD.
