As well as:Demonstrate an enthusiastic approach for work within a large teamAssist the Senior Chefs with the daily preparation and service of foodEnsure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards within this very fast-paced kitchenAbout youYou'll bring the following:Working knowledge of HACCPSimilar experience as a Pastry Commis ChefExperience in high-end volume operations including buffet, events, plated desserts & retailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsThis role requires: Certificate 3 in PatisserieAdditional InformationTo be successful, you'll be able to work around a 24 hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays.What you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
