What You'll Do Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and ordersWork efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.Comply with safety and health policies, procedures, and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedureSetup and cleaning of kitchenQualifications What you'll need: Experience working in a hands-on, team-focused bistro style kitchenKnowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menuAn uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation, and safetyStrong communication and organisation skillsTrade cooking qualifications are essentialFlexible availabilityThe benefits are good too!
