About the OpportunityIn this role as a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting with the effective kitchen operation.
This will be achieved by working as a team with other Kitchen staff to collectively provide the appropriate quality and level of service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities: Produce a consistent high quality product & standardMaintain equipment, utensils and a clean & hygienic kitchenRotate stock, ensuring minimal wastageFollow directions from senior chefs and work as a team playerFollow WHS, policies and proceduresFlexibility to work across a 7 day roster preferred.
