A great opportunity for a Commis Chef to join the kitchen team at Farleigh Golf Club and Restaurant near Croydon.
There is an informal and welcoming feel at Farleigh Golf Club, with 27 Championship-standard holes and three 18-hole courses providing a memorable and diverse challenge for all golfers. Farleigh is a busy place but it isn't all about golf. Our popular bar, restaurant and lounge is great for a relaxed brunch, lunch, Sunday carvery or afternoon tea, and four function rooms are perfect for weddings, meetings and events for between 20 and 200 people.

As Commis Chef you will be part of a team of five chefs ensuring that our guests have a delicious dining experience. You will be responsible for general food prep and service, function food prep and line prep and service. You will ensure HACCP procedures are followed and that your work area is spotless at the end of every shift under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef.
Last food orders are circa 5.30pm daily with the restaurant closing in the evenings, providing early finishes unless functions and events are running. The role is 45 hours per week on a 5 days in 7 rota basis with paid overtime.
