We are on the search for a passionate and innovative Pastry Commis Chef who is ready to produce an unforgettable experience through production of the finest French style pastries in Melbourne.
All while continually maintaining high standards and furthering their skills in a tight supportive & collaborative team.
Under the guidance of our Executive Pastry Chef, you'll help deliver a delightful selection of fresh pastries daily.
This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts will vary across a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
What you'll need to be Successful Certificate III or higher in Patisserie or equivalent experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced 4-5* resort or restaurant environment.
A passion for all things pastry with a strong focus on product quality and presentation.
Knowledge of HACCP standards and procedures.
A creative and innovative mindset.
A desire to further develop your skills.
The flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and peak holiday periods.
