We have an exciting new opportunity for a Commis Chef to join our team at The Hydro Majestic in the heart of the Blue Mountains.
You will be an integral part of delivering our dining experience to our guests, whether it be for a conference, leisure group or for our dining offering.

Here's what you'll do Deliver our in-house dining menu inspired by local ingredients, prepared utilising creative preparation techniques; Curating an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish; Leading your section during breakfast, lunch and dinner services. This is how you'll know you're right for this role Previous experience as a Chef in a la carte, fine dining or hatted restaurant environment; Industry knowledge of food health & safety; Ability to understand & deliver on our guests expectations; A passion for using fresh and local ingredients; Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; Be able to multitask with a high attention to detail; Ability and willingness to commence work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays (essential); Located close to our restaurant or a willingness to relocate.
