Job Description We are seeking a Casual Commis/Cook Chef to join the dynamic and professional team. Reporting directly to the Brewery Venue Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the operation of the Brewery kitchen.

Essential duties for the role include, but are not limited to the following:
Prepare mis-en-place for all relevant menus Assist with ordering necessary food items according to business needs and demands Comply with all WHS and food safety legislation Work with and coordinate with other chefs in the preparation and production of food as required Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage Keep all working areas clean and tidy, ensuring all equipment is maintained, serviced, and cleaned Report any maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues Be aware of departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good work relationships Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have:
A genuine passion for Food and Beverage, and a drive to succeed in a hospitality career Previous experience in a similar role or environment preferred Customer service driven and capacity to multitask Ability to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Availability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Additional Information What we can offer you Accor discounts on F&B and accommodation worldwide Discounted meals and beverages Generous 'refer a friend' incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr
