Reporting directly to the Brewery Venue Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the operation of the Brewery kitchen.If you enjoy variety in your day and are passionate about food preparation and presentation, then this is a role for you!Essential duties for the role include, but are not limited to the following:Prepare mis-en-place for all relevant menusAssist with ordering necessary food items according to business needs and demandsComply with all WHS and food safety legislationWork with and coordinate with other chefs in the preparation and production of food as requiredEnsure strict stock rotation and minimum wastageKeep all working areas clean and tidy, ensuring all equipment is maintained, serviced, and cleanedReport any maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issuesBe aware of departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the teamAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good work relationshipsQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:A genuine passion for Food and Beverage, and a drive to succeed in a hospitality careerPrevious experience in a similar role or environment preferredCustomer service driven and capacity to multitaskAbility to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAvailability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidaysThe ability to work autonomously as well as within a teamAdditional InformationWhat we can offer youAccor discounts on F&B and accommodation worldwideDiscounted meals and beveragesGenerous 'refer a friend' incentives
