The person: Relevant to your experience, we welcome interest from culinary experts who are passionate and committed to refined food preparation, have a passion for sourcing produce locally and a high attention to detail.
You will be a driven professional and be able to demonstrate relevant experience acquired from a bustling and high functioning kitchen environment.
We are looking for the right person with flexibility to work across both breakfast and dinner shifts and who has the relevant trade qualified and hold certification in Commercial Cookery.
Are you: A passionate Commi Chef with a proven track record of creating delicious and beautiful dishes.
A master of food presentation with a keen eye for guest satisfaction and creating enviable dishes .
Your dedication to using local, seasonal produce will ensure every dish is a masterpiece.
Meticulous and detail-oriented , maintaining high standards in the kitchen is second nature to you.
