Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Lead the negotiation, review, and management of contracts to secure favourable terms and mitigate risks. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the financial viability of our projects.Cost Control: Implement robust cost control measures to optimize project budgets and minimize expenses. Your strategic approach will contribute to maximizing profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.Revenue Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance project revenue through value engineering, change management, and contract variations. Your ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining client satisfaction will be instrumental in our success.Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and forecasting to assess project viability and identify financial risks and opportunities. Your insights will support informed decision-making and strategic planning.Claims Management: Effectively manage claims and disputes to protect our interests and minimize financial liabilities. Your proactive approach will help safeguard project profitability and reputation.Required Skills and Competencies: Front-end / pre-contracts commercial managementExtensive experience with diverse contract models including D&C, ITC, and alliance contractsProven track record in pre-contracts and delivery for projects valued at $1 billion or moreDemonstrated expertise in managing and negotiating pre-contracts in large-scale projectsStrong understanding of various contract models and their applicationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and stakeholder management abilitiesTertiary qualification in Engineering, Law, or FinanceWhy Join ACCIONA:
