About the Role Based in BYD's Melbourne office in Dandenong South, this role will support our Commercial Vehicles team.
On offer is the Commercial Vehicles Parts Specialist/Warehouse Coordinator position, and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Manage spare parts inventory for various products.Overseeing the loading and unloading of goods using forklifts or other necessary equipment.Responding to spare parts inquiries from customers.Document and update internal procedures.Manage and maintain an accurate equipment/spares database.Deliver a superior level of after-sales support.Timely and accurate processing of invoices.Stock management and ordering.Liaising with head office and suppliers.Management of freight.Key requirements: Australian Drivers Licence.3-5 years' previous experience in a warehousing or distribution role.Intermediate computer skills.Strong communication and organisational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.Ability to self-manage time.Ability and willingness to take ownership of given tasks.Current Forklift licence.Desirable: Medium Rigid (MR) Licence.Mechanical Background.Experience in the commercial vehicles (Bus and Truck).Experience with SAP and/or other similar ERP systems is highly regarded.Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations).Certificate III in Automotive Sales.If you believe you are a good fit for the role, please don't hesitate to click on APPLY and submit your updated resume.
