They are industrial leasing, sales, and property management specialists and strive to provide premium property services to their large client base.An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Commercial Trust Accountant to join their team in a full-time, permanent capacity.
There are currently 2 trust accountants in the team (1 x full-time and 1 x part-time), and this role has been created due to growth and expansion of the company.
If you have residential Trust Accounting experience, we would also love to be talking with you!Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Accounting and administration of all Trust Account records (Commercial)Bank statements and bank reconciliationsInput of receipts and charges such as letting fees, lease renewal fees, advertising, creditor invoices, etc.Bank reconciliation of the Trust Account - daily/weekly/monthlyRental adjustments & refundsInternal and external stakeholder relationshipsThe successful candidate will have: Previous experience managing a Commercial Trust Account (property)We would consider a highly experienced residential Trust AccountantGoat experience highly advantageous (but not essential)Impeccable accuracy and attention to detailA core understanding of commercial leases and the role of a commercial property managerSalary will be dependent on experience.
