Join us as a Commercial Transformation Manager, where you will drive strategic commercial initiatives for our business in Australia and New Zealand.
This role has a broad remit including pricing strategy, sales effectiveness and market expansion and contracts and tenders leadership.
This is a unique role where you will balance being hands on and in the detail while also providing team leadership and strategically partnering with commercial leaders to provide expert advice on the planning, leading and implementing of commercial strategies.
In this pivotal role, you will require a strong analytical mindset where you are able to model ideas and analysis into insights that tell a powerful story that is aligned to business cases.
You are a natural collaborator and business partner, working closely with stakeholders to develop impactful strategies and tactics, provide expert consultation to support and contribute to the business planning.
You are a natural leader and team player and will effectively coach, develop and mentor your team members, supporting them with the effective management and execution of contracts and tenders.
We are looking for a commercially minded individual who has the drive and commitment to succeed.
To do this, you will need a Bachelors level degree or above and demonstrated experience in implementing strategy and change through people, process and technology.
You are strategic and analytical with excellent problem solving skills with the ability to look at the "big picture".
You will have proven business partnering skills and have led and/or mentored teams and be passionate about the development of people.
Impeccable communication and presentation skills is a must as you will need to communicate, influence and respectfully challenge a variety of internal stakeholders.
Experience in data modeling using TM1, Power BI, Excel, CRM and other BI tools is essential.
