Commercial Support Analyst - Agricultural SolutionsFormula for Success At BASF we are entering an exciting time within our Agriculture business with an existing portfolio of world-class products and a pipeline of new products that will bring significant benefits to the Agriculture industry.
In this pivotal role, you will provide analytical support to the National Key Account Managers, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction in our sales support procedures.
You will: Serve as the Digital Champion and central point of contact for the AP ANZ digital portfolio, facilitating regional demand planning processes.Support the forecasting process through data preparation and analysis, while chairing the pre-demand review.Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) by preparing customer presentations and reports, supply update reports, and new customer applications.Coordinate commercial agreements, trading terms, rebate schedules, and agency agreements.Maintain and develop the SalesForce CRM system to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.Collaborate with the KAM team and campaign team to develop communications that meet the needs of our channel partners.Ingredients for Success To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate a customer-centric approach with a high degree of urgency, along with strong technical skills, particularly in Excel, PowerBI, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
You will: Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines independently.Have a strong sense of responsibility and a drive to succeed, contributing to the growth of business opportunities.Bring prior experience in agricultural sales or a related technical industry, showcasing your ability to build strong relationships with key accounts.What we can offer you At BASF you get more than just compensation.
