Due to an internal movement, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Strategy Director to spearhead the AU Snacks Commercial Strategy, RGM and Commercial Data and Insights (DX DNA). Develop and implement a category strategy to become essential to consumers and customers, while enhancing commercial capabilities for accelerated growth.
Responsibilities
As a senior leader, embody the PepsiCo Way, drive a growth-focused culture, and guide Snacks category transformation with Sales and Brand teams.
Create a 3–5-year commercial strategy leveraging insights to position PepsiCo as a vital partner through key risk and opportunity identification.
Manage the Trade Execution Calendar, align Sales and Marketing, and lead customer engagement and Category Management across all channels.
Drive the Revenue Growth Management Plan, integrating RGM with core business processes and leading Perfect Store strategy deployment.
Coach and develop category and shopper teams to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.
Implement strategies for continuous improvement to boost service levels, revenue, and profitability while focusing on performance metrics.
Qualifications
Must possess 10-15 Years relevant FMCG Category or Commercial Strategy experience
Hold a relevant Degree /Qualification
Demonstrated success in establishing and driving commercial growth strategies.
Highly skilled in strategic and analytical thinking.
Outstanding in communication, influencing, and negotiation.
Proven leadership and motivational skills with cross-functional senior teams.
Results-focused and action-driven.
Capable of adapting to evolving market and customer conditions.
