The firm acts for a broad range of clients including small to medium enterprises, international businesses, and high net worth individuals.
In this role, you will lead the team and be the firm's main contact for corporate/commercial/property work, giving you access to long-standing clients of the firm.
The work will include working on deals involving:
Business sales and acquisitionsShare Sales and Shareholder agreementsCorporate structuring and adviceCutting edge project financeIntellectual property and transactional workCompetition and Consumer Law adviceLeasingAbout You

You will ideally be a 4+ years corporate commercial or commercial property lawyer with the following:
