Must have commercial property experience.
Base salary + commissions - OTE $100k - $110k + super.

Supporting a highly respected Managing Director, the role will handle a multitude of tasks and will benefit working with a professional and friendly team.
Duties and responsibilities include: Assisting with preparation and execution of sales campaigns Preparing Offer & Acceptance and commercial lease contracts Viewings and inspections Real-Estate advertising (hard signage, online, shopfronts etc) Lease administration General administration Database management Credit card reconciliation Diary management The role requires someone that is switched on and capable of high output and has a pre-emptive mindset.
You must have a commercial property background , ideally either commercial property management, valuations or lease administration.
Candidates without industry experience will not be considered for this role.
