Job Description With rapid economic growth occurring in Greater Ballarat, Colliers is looking for an experienced and proactive sales expert in Commercial Real Estate to work alongside our experienced team based in Ballarat.
What you can expect: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Greater Ballarat and surrounding areas Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers Negotiating property transactions from start to finish Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.
