We are seeking a Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent to join the team. Experience in the Commercial RE space is highly regarded however, if you are in a Residential Agency or Admin position and looking to switch over, this could be the role for you!

The Role: Work in a fast paced environment with a high performing team General administration and database management Lead generation Liase with vendors, prospective purchasers andsolictors Communicate with tenants Liase with conjunction agents Preparation of paperwork in the listing process and photography of properties. (Including onsite photography, measuring properties, copywriting for internet listings) Assisting in the preparation of marketing proposals, organising and co-ordinating marketing; (including signs, brochures web listings and email campaigns) The Candidate:

You will be a motivated and determined professional who will be responsible for assisting with and learning all the activities involved with the listing and selling/leasing of commercial office, retail and industrial properties.
