The Role:Property marketing from building weblinks & signboards to launching properties on the webPreparing marketing quotes & schedules for new listings - Reconciling marketing expenses & assist in property campaigns running smoothlyAgent marketing including using creativity to come up with ideas outside the boxAssisting with social media management for the office accountsTyping up sales advices and leasesSales & leasing admin support to the directorsAnswering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staffAssisting with any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the office
