We are looking for Exceptional Commercial Sales Executives to join the team - Someone who will hit the ground running from day one!

About You:
You have extensive experience prospecting by phone.
A can-do attitude, hardworking approach and ability to make things happen working on their own initiative.
Motivated to deliver best in the business customer service experiences.
Self driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and goals.
Sound computer literacy.
Role Responsibilities:
Prospecting by phone to generate opportunities and build a pipeline (leads provided).
Follow up and convert inbound sales leads.
Achieve and exceed key performance indicators relating to sales volume, order volume and customer experience ratings.
Maintain and grow a customer base.
Desired Experience:
Previous successful experience with prospecting to achieve targets.
A passion for health and fitness with an understanding of Gym and Fitness Equipment will be Highly Regarded.
Ability and dedication to develop a pipeline of leads through outbound calls.
A track record of achieving sales targets and KPI's.
A can-do attitude and hardworking approach.
Ability to give outstanding customer service.
Enthusiasm, VERVE, and a commitment to giving their very best every day to serve our customers.
Ability to prioritise work in a fast-changing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills with MS Office competency.
A target-oriented mindset.
A good sense of humour.
Be a confident negotiator & comfortable dealing with objections.
Key Tasks:
Prospecting by phone (leads provided) to generate a pipeline and convert it to sales.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and a regular customer contact cycle.
Cold Calling (leads provided).
Deal with customer queries in person and by phone/email/web.
Create quotations and follow up to complete the sale process.
After sales support to ensure customers are delighted with our service.
We are offering a full-time position with a competitive salary package including superannuation and bonus for on-target performance.
This is a rewarding opportunity for an ambitious individual who loves sales and has a passion for the Health and Fitness Industry.
Schedule:
8 hour shift.
Monday to Friday.
Supplemental pay types:
Performance bonus.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Upper Coomera, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
Experience:
Sales: 1 year (Required).
Work Authorisation:
Australia (Required).
