Role Responsibility Achieve sales targetsProspecting by phone to generate opportunities and build a pipeline (leads provided)Follow up and convert inbound sales leadsAchieve and exceed key performance indicators relating to sales volume, order volume and customer experience ratingsDeliver exceptional customer experiencesMaintain and grow a customer baseDesired Experience: Previous successful experience with prospecting to achieve targetsA passion for health and fitness with an understanding of Gym and Fitness Equipment will be Highly RegardedHave the ability and dedication to develop a pipeline of leads through outbound callsA track record of achieving sales targets and KPI'sA can-do attitude, hardworking approach and ability to make things happen.Ability to give outstanding customer service.Enthusiasm, VERVE, and a commitment to giving their very best every day to serve our customers.Ability to prioritise work in a fast-changing environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent computer skills with MS office competencyA target oriented mindsetA good sense of humourTo be a confident negotiator & comfortable dealing with objectionsExperience using CRMs (Monday.com & Oracle NetSuite experience advantageous)Key Tasks: Prospecting by phone (leads provided) to generate a pipeline and convert it to sales.Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and a regular customer contact cycleCold Calling (leads provided)Deal with customer queries in person and by phone/email/webCreate quotations and follow up to complete sale processAfter sales support to ensure customers are delighted with our serviceWe are offering a full time position with a competitive salary package including superannuation and bonus for on target performance
