The Client
Join a dynamic real estate team located in the South East. You will be supporting a busy commercial sales and leasing team, bringing the critical admin and marketing support to ensure ongoing success. Experience the buzz of this busy and thriving team!
Your role will comprise duties including, but not limited to;
Check lease checklist, cadet to draft co-ordinator to reviewDraft leases (when required)Draft authorities with custom advertising packagesDraft custom advertising schedulesTrigger and track invoice paymentAdding sites, activating listings and uploading to portals (web upgrades)Editing listings as directedRegular catchups with agents & diary management when requiredMarketing Submissions, review and proof agent writing. Insert marketing comparable.Mark up of aerials and proofingDiarise & manage marketing campaigns
The Criteria
Previous experience in sales administration or real estate office coordination advantageous Attention to detail and strong work ethicA great attitude to your team and workHigh attention to detail
As their Sales and Leasing Administrator Assistant, you will focus on providing a high level of administration support to a busy, professional Sales and Leasing team. You will have outstanding time management, organisational and communication skills and ideally worked in this role previously or something similar.
This role is Monday to Friday. Salary circa $60 - $65,000 + Super
