With such an iconic, essential business in the Australian landscape we are confident that you too will be proud to grow your career at Elders.About the roleWe are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join the Elders Commercial Dubbo team on a permanent, full-time basis.The main focus of the Commercial Real Estate Agent is the sales and leasing of Commercial, Retail and Industrial properties. Day to day you will be responsible for handling the leasing and/or sales processes, liaising with Vendors, Purchasers, Lessors, Lessees, Solicitors and other parties involved in the leasing or sales process.ResponsibilitiesEstablishing and maintaining familiarity with all office listings and manage listings including regularly liaising with vendors, prospective buyers, solicitors, councils and any other essential partiesCompleting all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property, including preparation and execution of agency agreements and advertising materialProviding regular written and oral feedback to vendors on market indicators and buyer interestConducting market appraisals for prospective vendorsAchieving individual monthly / quarterly sales targetsEnsuring potential customers are provided with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trendsAbout youTo succeed at Elders, you have:Demonstrated experience in a sales positionThe ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clientsConfident and influential communication skillsStrong computer literacy and competence with MS Office SuiteValid Driver's Licence and own vehicleA sound knowledge of, and an interest in, the real estate industryIf you are ready to grow your career with Elders, please click on 'Apply' today.At Elders, we strive to create a safe environment where everyone can thrive.
