Job DescriptionWith rapid economic growth occurring in Greater Bendigo, Colliers is looking for another star to be trained in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our Sales & Leasing team based in our Bendigo office.
What you can expect: Monday to Friday working hours, no weekend work!Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.Assisting in the sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Bendigo.Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers.Negotiating property transactions from start to finish.Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property.Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients.Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.QualificationsA little about you!
