build and grow a brand-new portfolio of commercial properties
from the ground up in the broader Brisbane region.
If you're passionate about bringing on new management, forming lasting tenant relationships, and have a strong desire to leave your mark, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Development : Lead the charge in developing a brand-new portfolio of commercial properties, strategically bringing in new management while ensuring exceptional property standards.Tenant Relations : Build strong, positive relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met quickly and efficiently.Lease Administration : Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews, ensuring all agreements are compliant with the latest property laws.Financial Management : Prepare and manage budgets, monitor income and expenses, and ensure timely rent collection.Maintenance Coordination : Ensure properties are well-maintained, liaising with contractors and keeping standards high.Compliance : Ensure all properties comply with health, safety, and industry regulations.Reporting : Provide regular updates to management on portfolio performance, including financial outcomes, occupancy rates, and any areas requiring attention.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum of 3+ years of commercial property management experience.Strong understanding of property law and commercial leases.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience with property management software (CIRRUS8 desirable).Strong financial acumen and budgeting/reporting skills.A self-starter with a passion for
building portfolios from scratch
and
