Our client is seeking a motivated individual to build and grow a brand-new portfolio of commercial properties from the ground up in the broader Brisbane region.

Key Responsibilities Portfolio Development: Lead the charge in developing a brand-new portfolio of commercial properties, strategically bringing in new management while ensuring exceptional property standards.Tenant Relations: Build strong, positive relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met quickly and efficiently.Lease Administration: Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews, ensuring all agreements are compliant with the latest property laws.Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor income and expenses, and ensure timely rent collection.Maintenance Coordination: Ensure properties are well-maintained, liaising with contractors and keeping standards high.Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with health, safety, and industry regulations.Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on portfolio performance, including financial outcomes, occupancy rates, and any areas requiring attention.Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 3+ years of commercial property management experience.Strong understanding of property law and commercial leases.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience with property management software (CIRRUS8 desirable).Strong financial acumen and budgeting/reporting skills.A self-starter with a passion for building portfolios from scratch and bringing on new management.What We Offer A base salary ranging from $100k-$120k, based on experience.Competitive commission structure.Exciting opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive, collaborative, and flexible work environment.The chance to shape, grow, and manage a diverse portfolio of properties—your portfolio.How to Apply If you're ready to build something incredible, we want to hear from you!
