This amazing office is an independent commercial/industrial real estate agency. This role offers a generous salary package with a fantastic commission structure. Based in the heart of Parramatta, We are seeking a Manager with 1+ years experience managing a commercial/industrial portfolio.

Duties: Portfolio mix of commercial and industrial - predominantly industrial Managing 120 properties in the Western Suburbs Lease with both landlords and tenants Complete repairs & Maintenance management Arrears control Conduct rental reviews & Lease renewals Marketing of Properties Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports Carry out regular rent and lease reviews You WILL need..
