What It Takes to Join the Team: Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience working as a Commercial Property Manager, demonstrating your proficiency in property management practices. Self-Driven: You possess an internal drive to achieve targets and excel in your role, coupled with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative. Business Development: A willingness to source and secure new business is essential, and you should be comfortable engaging in face-to-face and phone sales environments. Team Player: While you excel independently, you also thrive in a team-oriented environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve collective goals. Determination: You exhibit drive, determination, and a competitive nature, constantly striving for success and delivering results. Licensing Requirements: You must hold a current Salesperson Real Estate Registration or full license from the Office of Fair Trading, as well as a valid driver's license and access to a car. About the Role: As a Commercial Property Manager with our client, you will be responsible for: Day-to-day management of the property portfolio, including rent reviews and lease renewals. Maintaining all aspects of properties in accordance with management and lease agreements. Addressing tenant and owner queries and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensuring compliance with building regulations, workplace health and safety standards, insurance requirements, and all legislative mandates. Providing regular reports to clients on all aspects of their managed property. Developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships. Managing maintenance requests, implementing work orders, and conducting site visits as needed. Efficiently administering properties with exceptional service standards. Ensuring all client experiences reflect exceptional service and satisfaction. Developing strong business relationships with clients, offering timely and accurate real estate advice. Assisting in the management of property portfolios and securing new managements. Handling database management, input, property inspections, and general administrative tasks.
