The Role:

Monday – Friday, we are seeking a talented Commercial Property Manager to join the team. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
Management of 50 to 80 properties (mixed use portfolio) Management of rent collectionand outgoings Manage rental arrears Negotiation of lease renewals and transfers including completing the relevant documentation Conduct property inspections, prepare inventory and condition reports Annual Outgoings Budgets and Reconciliations The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following;
Previous experience in Commercial Property Management (minimum 12 months) Will look at an experienced Residential Property Manager with a touch of Commercial knowledge and experience A current Certificate of Registration Own car & drivers License You will be immaculately presented Strong communication skills both written and verbal The Benefits:
